  Dear Friends,

Just a little reminder ... every week new videos are coming out to keep you fit & healthy!

I have been training myself for an Ironman 70.3 in Wilmington NC, which will take place on 21st Oct 2023. And complimentary to you I have been posting daily my professionally designed training program for you to follow and maybe even join in! 

Furthermore, I have been recording some of my fitness classes with different content from strength workouts with and without equipment, mobility, flexibility, stretching, myofascial release and other techniques that will help you stay in the best shape you possibly can. These videos are being released every Saturday morning 9am EST. Every fitness level is welcomed, as we feature different difficulties from the "Couch Potato Workout" to "High Intensity Interval Training" as well as low an high impact workouts with different focus on flexibility, stretching, and mobility.

Additionally, I have been doing a lot of meditation and breathwork. Through these recordings we concentrate on different types of breathwork that can help you with your health and fitness. Breathwork is not just for relaxation, stress relief, better sleep and balancing your body, mind and spirit, but also to train your body for better lung capacity, stamina and endurance. As an athlete it is important to be able to perform with an increased CO2 tolerance and decreased O2 level in the cells of your body. Endurance athletes especially show reduced sensitivity to high CO2 and low O2 levels. Higher levels of CO2 increase lactic acid build up, which causes fatigue during exercise. Using different types of breathwork techniques forces your body to adapt to higher lactic acid concentrations improving buffering capacity or the ability to neutralize lactic acid and leading to a delayed onset of breathlessness during exercise and in result increasing your endurance. The mental state of an athlete is just as important as their strength and stamina. So breathwork practice and meditation will help improve performance.

2023 - New Year - NEW YOU

Dear Members! 

Wow ... 2023 already! I hope you all enjoyed your time off over the holidays.

starting again on 2nd February (on Groundhog Day ... what a coincidence!)

Bring a Yoga mat if you have one. We use resistance bands, gliders and other equipment that will be provided. Exercises are functional, and we pay a lot of attention to mobility & flexibility! And at the end of class we practice mental health with meditation & relaxation.

Membership is by donation only. I'm asking you to consider that I am paying for rental & insurance and I need to at least cover my expenditure in order to keep these classes going! Please help to being able to give to the community!

I offer not just the weekly classes but also I am here for you to support you in your health & fitness & wellness journey. 
I offer personal training or buddy training as well as health & wellness coaching. Whether it is virtual or in person, or maybe you just need a training plan ... I would be delighted to be a part of your journey for you to become the best of YOU! Today we have lots of cardio, squats, more cardio and lunges. Its literally 8 rounds of high energy! And then we complete our workout with some biceps, triceps and shoulders.
You will need space, your mat and some weights. And a comfy place too for your meditation at the end!
